Also, exotics should be lvl 68 or higher. Buying from TP seems the best option.For sPVP you don't need to boost, as you will get boosted automatically to level 80 there. You will also get special equalized gear within the PvP section of the game. In WvW you will be scaled up. This upscaling doesn't work too welll though, but you still don't really need to use the level 80 boost.
