Go get the mobile app: "Far Cry 4 Arena Master" on your preferred device (tablet, phone, whatever). Yesterday, I played the mobile app for about an hour, and went from Arena level 1 to 10. Last night, started up FC4, went to the arena, completed one battle, and after that I got the achievement and it also unlocked the Bushman.
