There was a software patch that was installed to help tank last longer but it was no good and is no longer used on the adblue pump ecu. So it's either a new tank or an adblue delete. Use of diagbox will also allow accurate diagnosis of the cause of the issue but non diagbox scanner won't give full function for carrying out the tests and.resets.

Therefore, my consumption of AdBlue appears to be 1.2L/1000 miles. If the system gives a warning after 15L has been consumed, then 15/1.2 = 12,500 miles, so my AdBlue consumption is pretty much in line with the figure given in the manual.
