Discharge the PS4’s battery by pushing the power button on the console. Connect the controller to the console with a USB cord. Turn on the PS4 and press any of the controller’s buttons. Now, it should be possible for the PS4 system to detect the controller and that the PS4 controller white light issue is gone.
